Arkia Israeli Airlines is Israel´s second-largest airline. It was established in 1950 when it became clear that there was a demand for a local airline that would connect Tel Aviv with different regions of the then-new state of Israel, especially with Eilat, Israel's important seaport located in the Gulf of Aqaba.
Its main distribution center for international flights is Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, although it also has domestic hubs at Sde Dov Airport in Tel Aviv and Eilat Airport.
Arkia takes off in the new century and operates dozens of flights daily, around the clock, to many destinations in Israel and across the globe. Within Israel borders, Arkia operates flights to Eilat from Sde Dov, Ben Gurion and Haifa airports. Arkia also operates regular flights and charters to many European and Mediterranean destinations including Barcelona.
We also offer a wide selection of travel services geared towards tourists visiting Israel.
